We have this 11 forgotten Laws if Bob Proctor tells us correctly ! They are:
The Law of Thinking
The Law of Supply
The Law of Attraction
The Law of Receiving
The Law of Increase
The Law of Compensation
The Law of Non-Resistance
The Law of Forgiveness
The Law of Sacrifice
The Law of Obedience
The Law of Success

I am Anders Jacobsson.
I also am not familiar with Bob Proctor but there are many Laws of the Universe. They have not been forgotten, just not spoken or written about often outside of Metaphysical circles.. That of course is with the exception of the Law Of Attraction, which has become very famous in the last few years.
Unfortunately most people are trying to use it to gain material possessions. Although there is nothing wrong with wanting nice things, you can lose the real meaning of these spiritual laws when they are focused strictly on superficial things.
