there are several ways to do what joe’s talking about.. “wanting but not wanting something”… first of all you need to realize that there is more than enough for you.. this makes you feel more relax. For instance.. if you want a girl.. it’s better if you realize that she is not the only one and you know your own potential to attract other women. Im not ecouraging cheating lol but if you discover that power inside you.. you will forget about fear and frustration

So…the people who wrote the book and published the book and followed it with various marketing items,DID NOT have in their minds that they wanted to make millions?
But they relieved millions of people who bought the book of their cash,most of whom (99.9%) have not changed their condition at all,(except $50 poorer)Why didn’t they just give it away?And all the people who live on rubbish tips through out the world are there because they don’t think positively?Sounds good!

all i ever wanted was to be rediculously wealthy but it never happened because i have a phobia of being poor and also have a phobia about loosing my job. I have worked for 9 different companys in nine years every single one of them closed my partner has worked for 7 company’s in seven years all of them now closed my fear of poverty braught this on us but i am changeing it now
True! You make some very good points that could be expanded upon in more practical and concrete terms rather than etherial concepts.
Comparison to someone living in a castle in the 1500′s? That is the stupidiest comparison every. Of course you’re better off than someone 509 years ago. The actual comparison of someon within a five miles radius, with similar or slightly higher income can be drawn upon several factors. Debt ratio, ability to make effective decisions and discipline. Someone making $60k per year and saving ten percent of their salary is better off than someone making $90k per year and not saving anything.
this is the most rediculous thing ive ever heard. in life shit happens and most of the time its not because of karma.this is totally ilogical and has nothing but blind faith to back it up

Call me crazy, but for some reason I believe in it. I see around people reading it, and telling that its old and the knew about it already. I see that the Torah also have this, I noticed my friend uses it but he doesnt talk about it.
Sounds like a lot of BS. The Secret is one of the most offensive ‘blame the victim’ books ever writen. Not to mention the fact that it’s mostly rehash of other self help books. People like Vitale who believe in The Secret also endorse Byrns theory that genocide and holocaust is/was brought on the victims themselves. That’s OFFENSIVE and idiotic.
I love Joe V . I know what he means about not coming from a place of desperation, but, when you are focusing everyday on what you want, doesn’t that give off a vibe of desperation?
He may not look like much but I have all his audio (he even speaks for other gurus because his voice is so attractive) and he is pretty cool unlike his friend, Bob-I’m-so-obviously-full-of-it-Proctor
you might want to check your facts in the box,
“The Science of Getting Rich” by Wallace D. Wattles (1910) GREAT book. Bob Proctor did a seminar based on it.
