I fancy someone, but I don’t know who she is, where shes on school, where she lives nothing
could I use the law of attraction?

I agree. If you get to know her first as a friend, it will make it easier. If you approach her and start flirting she’ll most likely think your some kind of freak that’s trying to get her attention.
try to make her your friend first, hence getting to know her better, the best way, the only way.

LAW OF ATTRACTION? There is no known law of attraction. If there was one, it is just a myth. You had fancy someone and you actually do not know who she is or where she goes to school or live. That is easy. It is just A-B-C procedure or just 1-2-3. You do not know where she lives, therefore follow her if you happen to see her one of these days. Follow her without detection that you are following her to her own destination. And look out for friends of her which eventually you know personally. For example you happen to see she is talking to Jane which you know perfectly from one of your class. Then ask Jane about her. And the rest is history.
