Failing that (and if you do believe in the Laws, then this shouldn't apply) - find "investors" who will kick in in exchange for a share in your success. Figure out a way to make an agreement to that effect. I'd just set up some kind of fundraiser. Maybe one over a few weeks. Maybe if you had friends with a band, you could set some kind of party thing going at a community or civic/senior center. Have a yard sale to help? Play at instrument where there are going to be a lot of people.
