I saw this episode, I doubt they were referring to the real book but rather more of a gag on self help books in general, everyone who buys any kind of self help book is looking for some kind of answer so I would guess the fact that they named their self help book in the episode "The Answer" is coincidental.

I would add that just because they poke fun at self help books doesn't mean that anyone who has gained anything positive from a self help book should disregard it, these types of books, when it comes down to it, are aimed at trying to motivate and trigger you so as you realize the power of your mind when you use it correctly and focus on achieving goals.
References :
I have read many self help books and the best phrase I could give to anyone who has a dream or goal they want to achieve is simple - IF YOU WANT SOMETHING ENOUGH - YOU WILL GET IT! - it's as simple as that.
