The part of us that thinks is actually the part where the power of the mind lies. Consider a spring that is gushing out clean water and while it is sending out clean water it cannot send out poisonous water at the same time, it the same with our thoughts too. Our mind cannot have both positive and negative thoughts at the same time, either its positive or it will be negative but nobody can have both at the same time.
