Of course, you already knew that, but I figured I should say it anyway. Step 2: Right after you finish, write down your favorite parts and your least favorite parts. Step 3: Organize your review something like this: Paragraph 1- overall summary of the book. Just write what happens, what's important for someone to know who hasn't read it. Paragraph 2- the parts that struck you (that is, your favorite parts) and why. Paragraph 3- your least favorite parts, why you think the author put those parts in the story (as in, did they want to make the reader sad? Did they want to demonstrate a lesson or theme? etc.), and what you think they should have changed. That's an idea. Mess with it as you will.
