The Law Of Attraction And Beyond
Currently, anyone seeking information relating to the secret of success and true happiness will be bound to come across what is known as “The Law of Attraction”. This is a modern description used for a very old and ancient theory that has been passed through the ages. The Law of Attraction covers things like the power of positive thinking and the belief in thoughts creating things and the concept that like attracts like are the theories at the root of the philosophy.
The old saying “only as high as I reach can I grow” is a perfect example of the concept of the law of attraction having been around for some time. Put most simply, it is the belief and philosophy that what you believe, think about and expect is what will be drawn to you in the way of your life and experiences that you have within it. According to this theory the secret of success lies mostly in what you focus on and think about all day every day: If you are focused on the negative, believing you can’t possibly achieve your dreams, then that is the experience that you will have. Alternatively, if you focus on the fact that you can do anything you set your mind to and you have full confidence and faith in yourself, the experiences you have will reflect this.
Many negative people like to joke around and say “so does that mean if I sit here and constantly think only about a cheeseburger, it will appear before me?” Ridiculous jokes are simply a sign of deep routed negativity and an inability to change ones thought processes to unlock the true secret of success. You have to be willing to let go of the thought patterns that are keeping you trapped in your current situation and way of living: If you allow yourself to spend hours worrying about not having enough money and all the bills you are going to be receiving that you can’t pay, you will only succeed in attracting more of those experiences to you.
It can be a confusing concept to grasp at first, it is certainly isn’t an easy task to instantly start thinking thoughts of love and light, self confidence and perfect happiness. But progressively over time you can turn your way of thinking around and develop a deep sense of knowing and trust in the universe to provide exactly the experiences you need to create joy and find the secret of success for you personally. Don’t waste another minute of your powerful thought energy on the idea that it is a difficult fight out in the world to try and get your share of money and happiness – if you believe there is not enough for everyone, then there won’t be in your reality.
The law of attraction doesn’t only reflect back to you your beliefs and ideas relating to money and financial success. It is very important to be a right thinker when it comes to your personal life too. An example is with relationships in your life: If you allow yourself to think that everyone is out to take advantage of you, or friends only want to use you for money and a free ride, this will be the kind of person you continually attract into your life and circle of friends. Same goes with a partner – do not focus on the negatives, and make the choice to think about their positive traits that you love so you will see more of this in them all the time.
The Law of Attraction and the secret of success are so prevalent in society today you will be left behind if you choose to ignore the information that is available to you. A fantastic way to gain a comprehensive insight into the philosophy and how you can utilize it to change your life for the better is to buy a good book or watch a production like “The Secret” on DVD. There is an abundance of information, personal stories and examples being shared by believers world wide to assist you in creating personal abundance in your life starting from today!
In summary, start thinking positively and you will find success knocking at your door and lead you to better things.
That is the Law of Attraction!

parelli success series? are the dvds worth buying I wanted to get natural attraction and beyond the round pen?
do they teach you lots of stuff to thats you should know?
I would not touch Parelli products. I find it a new fad name and terminology for old techniques. It is a LOT better to simply learn from someone who knows how to train.
The problem I find with Parelli techniques and Parelli trained horses is that so much time is spent playing games on the ground that little thought is given to the animal while under the saddle. While his techniques appeal to those that do not truly love to ride, the person who is looking for a good saddle horse needs to look elsewhere.
What I ask people who push Parelli is this….
If his techniques are so good why aren’t more Parelli horses appearing in the horse shows than there are? (Of course that is typically the time they get offended and leave)

I suggest not buying it. It looks like a rip off.

Don’t listen to them! Some of my sisters and I bought some the training dvds and products and we’ve been using the system for maybe a little over a year now. Parelli is the BEST training system I’ve ever seen. Our horses are soooo much more aware and obedient. They don’t spook anymore and the listen extreemly well! You also learn alot yourself through the training process, like how to communicate with your horse and everything. It is amazing! Anyway, good luck!

A friend of mine bought the Parelli DVDs and told me that it was a waste of time. She said that the training techniques were common sense, and any good trainer already knows how to use and apply them. I also agree with Jeff about the saddle part.

No offense the first 2 people who answered this question, but they obviously no nothing about Parelli. It is an amazing system that helps you with everything. The only people who can say it doesn’t work, are the people who haven’t REALLY tried it. Yes, the success series are worth buying. They help sooo much. I haven’t gotten to the two you mentioned yet (but my mom has and loved them), but the others are super great too. I would totally suggest buying them.

The trainer I work with and trust, who originally introduced me to the new concepts of natural horsemanship, started out working with the Parellis. She eventually broke free from them and worked with Clinton Anderson for awhile..then a couple others.
She uses a mixture of techniques from a few, but probably much of her philosophy comes from the Parelli camp. I can speak from first hand experience when I say that the results are undeniable. I have no experience with the DVDs etc., but I would guess that at least the beginning concepts presented would be well worthwhile. After that, you might mix it up with methods used by other natural horsemanship trainers, or stay with Parelli…your results should be your guide.
I only wish that all of the horses I’ve known over the past 56 years could have benefitted from natural horsemanship methods right from the get-go.
To Jeff…Natural horsemanship training is not about finishing horses for showing…it is about starting horses to then be prepared to pursue whatever endeavor the owner chooses, or fixing the "holes" in the problem horse minds…the only names you see in showing are those of the trainers plying their trade in the show arena…the reason so many of those trainers are running scared of Parelli et al is because they might actually have to learn something new to finish horses started this way. It’s training verses finishing….kind of like raising your child right so that when he is 18 he’s prepared for adulthood, or "finishing". And if the college professors use antiquated methods, the new breed of student won’t tolerate it. We’re both college instructors, so we know how that works…right? Now, don’t go getting offended and leave……..

i cant believe ppl are so closed minded to have an amazing thing in thir face and call it bull! my first horse was a 3 yr old barely trained mustang. all by myself i trained that horse with parelli lessons. natural horsemanship in general is the safest most effective way to do anything with horses. i was riding her with ease along with my friends and in shows/trails within 5 months. it was never rushed. she could do more things than my trainers horses could do and was far more tolerant. id say its more than worth it, its somewhat nessesary. good luck!

I absolutely believe in natural horsemanship, but I don’t quite believe in Parelli.
I would suggest finding an instructor in your area who teaches natural horsemanship, who can be right there with you.
EDIT: I kind of have to agree with Jeff. The Parelli philosophy, is to a certain degree, just using your common sense around horses. Parelli just coined some catch phrases, created his own similar products, and marketed the whole thing.
Natural horsemanship is a great thing, but the Parelli system isn’t necessary to achieve that with your horse.

I wouldn’t spend the money on the dvds if you want to check them out go to the library and rent them to see if you like them.
I prefer Johnathon Field here in Canada is new video series are great he work with both trained and untrained horses to let you see what can go wrong and you don’t spend months with games the video series have 5 dvds on the ground and 5 riding. Go to this website to see a preview. Great natural horsemanship!
