It was indeed just like the same info over again. I got a bit frustrated while reading the book because I was hoping to learn something new from it, but it failed to deliver. I never brought the book though, I borrowed it out from the library. It was in high demand though so I had to wait a few weeks until I could get a copy. Anyway for someone who has seen the film & is familiar with it already, I wouldn't actually recommend the book. I was hoping it would go into more detail, particularly about the science behind it, but it just didn't. =/ I'm not saying it's a bad book, I'm just saying don't expect to learn anything new from it. Look out for the upcoming documentary called Leap! It's like the next step in evolution.
