i just found out …
i just found out about the secret and my jaw hit the floor. it is a lie. man cannot control things with his mind. God is in control. when the serpent spoke to eve he promised them that if they ate of the forbiden fruit they would have their eyes opened and they would be just like God. their eyes were opened and found themselves in rebellion to God. they did not become a god, they only became aware of sin. then God had to send Jesus to pay the penalty for sin. we are set free by his shed blood.
